Our goal is to Reach and Transform people into Servants of Jesus Christ. The word Transform is critical to any of us becoming servants or followers of Christ. The primary way this transformation takes place at Crossroads Christ Fellowship is in L.I.F.E. Groups.
Our process is centered on helping us care, grow and serve together. Through CARING for one another authentically, we see the gaps in our own lives. Through studying the Scriptures and applying them to our personal lives, we GROW together.
Finally, through SERVING the least and the lost, we discover our desperate need for Christ. We believe this holistic approach to authentic community called L.I.F.E Groups is a culturally relevant way to grow closer to Christ
You have several choices of which L.I.F.E. group you would like to participate. Please pray for God’s direction and talk with the leaders of the groups you think you would be interested in. Plan to visit a couple of groups to find the one that fits you best.
Crossroads Christ Fellowship will hold a L.I.F.E. Group leader training class, called School of Leaders, a couple of times a year. As you participate in the L.I.F.E. Group you select we would like you to pray about either leading or hosting a group yourself.

CONNECTING TIME OF (FELLOWSHIP)
Our LIFE groups open up each session with an awesome time of connecting
with each other and God. We take this time to help you get to know the
members of your small group so that you will begin to feel a sense of belonging.
GROWING INTO (DISCIPLESHIP)
This is the most exciting portion of each session where you study one or
two core passages from the Bible. Your focus will be on how the truths
from God's Word make a difference in your life! We want to enable you
not to just talk about the truth of God, but also to experience it in practical
ways.
DEVELOPING YOUR (MINISTRY)
God has uniquely shaped you for ministry in His kingdom and we want to help
you find your shape for ministry and where you can serve in the center of
God's will. We will encourage you about every other week to take practical
steps in developing your shape for ministry to better serve God and
others.
SHARING THROUGH (EVANGELISM)
God has called each and everyone of us to REACH out a hand to ALL people
who do not know Him personally. We understand that sharing the Gospel
of Jesus Christ can be awkward, scary, or seem to much for an already busy
schedule. We want to help you integrate sharing Jesus naturally into
everyday life to help you fulfill your LIFE mission!
SURRENDERING YOUR LIFE TO (WORSHIP)
Each session is ended with a time for you to surrender your heart to God
and one another in prayer. We will use various forms of group worship
including listening to worship CDs, singing, reading psalms, and participating
in communion. This portion of the session will transform your life in
ways you never thought possible.
